What to check

  1. Book a suite in English, Urdu, Roman Urdu and Chinese. Noor should collect date, nights, guests, suite, breakfast, name and phone, then give a reference number.
  2. Ask for banquet prices. Noor must never quote a per-head price.
  3. Ask something Noor doesn't know (for example "Do you have a pool?"). She should hand over politely, and the question should appear under Teach Noor in the dashboard.
  4. Open the dashboard and check the request appears under Leads.
